The handy EggPunch is made of stainless steel with black foam grip for comfortably holding it in one hand.

Quick and clean
The device was designed for rapid and clean opening of embryonated chicken eggs by using air pressure. As the trigger button is pushed and released, the knife produces a clean, circular fracture (Ø 25 mm) of the eggshell.

Convenient
The inner air sac membrane is exposed, intact and readily accessible after the eggshell cap has been manually removed.

Easy
The EggPunch may be sterilized by standard disinfectants or by heating in dry heat inside a sterilizer.
